The Dawkins Confusion

Alvin Plantinga handily makes mincemeat of Dawkin’s The God Delusion. While I’m not always a fan of Books & Culture (it’s often rather conservative for my taste) I have nothing but respect for Plantinga (it doesn’t hurt that he taught at my alma mater for 20 years). He seems to be having fun while he’s at it — a very enjoyable read. H. Allen Orr does a similar dissection over at The New York Review of Books. I’m not one to get my back up by arguments for atheism, but for God’s sake make your arguments cogent!
